what a great idea! we do live with a grey palette in our city, buildings and sky mostly grey, so it would be a very simple way of brightening things up, the lights could be solar powered too!

Great ideas! It would be so lovely and I think it will change the city a lot. Dublin needs to be perked up and the idea of solar powered lights is good, it could work!
